Let’s figure out what’s distorting your report charts in your management report, Jordan.

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the issue where charts appear fine when downloaded individually but become distorted when added to management reports can often be attributed to an outdated browser cache.

 

To resolve this, I recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, as this removes stored data and helps rule out potential cache or extension conflicts. Additionally, please ensure you are using a supported, up-to-date browser. Using the latest browser version can significantly improve both performance and security while working in QBO.
