You can run the Sales by Customer Detail report, elaine.

 

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Reports menu.
  2. Click Standard Reports.
  3. Enter Sales by Customer Detail in the search field.
  4. Open the report.

Please note that the parent customers will appear at the top, while sub-customers will be intended below.

 

In addition to this, if you only want the sub-customer to show in the report, see the steps below.

 

For Modern view:

 

  1. Click on Filter.
  2. Select Customer from the first drop-down.
  3. Choose Equals including sub-customer from the second drop-down.
  4. Then, pick the appropriate Sub-customer from the third drop-down.

For Classic view:

  1. Select Customise, then Filter.
  2. Choose the sub-customers in the Customer dropdown.

  3. Hit Run report.

 

Also, you can export the report for better visibility.
