Let me assist you in customizing your reports.

 

First, I'd like to know what report you're trying to pull up. We can easily update the dates by editing the Report period at the top or by clicking the Customize button.

 

You can perform these steps if you cannot see the said button or options in the report. First, open an incognito window, then pull up and customize the report from there. 

 

We can also clear the cache. This is a junk file that can cause unusual behavior in QuickBooks Online. Lastly, make sure that the browser is updated. You'll want to use a different one if there's available.
