We can pull up each reporting period separately and export the Trial Balance to include these eight columns, Alamir.

 

Please know that the Trial Balance report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) provides a clear and concise view of both debit and credit account balances as of a specific date, all on a single page. That said, including these eight columns in one glance isn't possible in the Trial Balance report.

 

As an alternative solution, we can customize the Report Period to input specific date range you need to pull up and then export the data to an Excel file separately.
 

Here's how:

 

1. On the Trial Balance report, choose the Custom to choose specific dates under the Report Period.

2. Choose an Accounting Method, click on the Customize button for additional customization.

3. Then, click on the Run Report.

 

4. Next, export the data by clicking Export button and choose the Export to Excel.

 

 

Apply this method for other date ranges you need to compile. Afterwards, add the necessary columns manually and transfer the amounts onto a single Excel page from the generated files. See sample illustration below:
