I agree with the many other users who have said that there should be a role, such as in house accountant, that can see the projects overview tab.  I have users that should see the project overview tab, but NOT access payroll.  Most of our users would greatly benefit from the project overview, but I do not want them to have all the other privileges of company admin.

If I made everyone who needed the project overview a company admin, most of our users would be company admins.  When you run a project based business the overview is very important.
