The Bills and Applied Payments report is available in QBO Plus and Advanced. However, it's not offered in the International or Global regions. No worries, you can still obtain similar results through other reports. I'm here to help you how this process goes through.
- Go to reports.
- In the search bar, type Transaction List by Vendor.
- Click on the Filter button to customize your report.
- Click the dropdown arrow and choose the Transaction type.
- In the second dropdown choose the equals.
- In the third drop-down, put a check for Bills and payment.
- Then click Save.
