In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can generate a report that will display your customers' running balances for payments, credits, and invoices. This will provide a comprehensive view of their account activity. Here's how:

1. Go to Reports.
2. In the Find Report by name search box, type in Customer Balance Detail.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Customize if you want to make modifications or reorder the columns. Then, tap Run Report.

Regarding the General Ledger report for individual customers, I suggest sharing your recommendation about making this available in QBO with our product engineering team.
