QuickBooks offers different reports that you can use to cater to your business needs. For now, a general ledger that contains all activities for a specific customer is unavailable. 

You'll want to run the Transaction List by Customer reports to access information from your customers' invoices, payments, credits, and other details. To do so, follow the steps provided below:

1. Go to the Reports tab in the left menu.
2. Under the Search bar, type in the report.
3. Click Switch to classic view.
4. Make sure to select the correct Report period.
5. Press Run report.
