Daily Sales error? I have entered everything as per QB instructions - yet even on a simple, singular cash transaction I am not getting a bankable amount showing.

I am suspecting a coding error but I have even gone to JustAnswer and a guy said it is definitely not just a "me" issue. My entries are correct. I am on the global version. Help?
