Hello there, @rabie. I'm here to help you show the journal's transaction ID when printing it out in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To clarify, are you referring to the number entered in the Journal no. field? If so, you can simply print the Journal report and ensure that the Num box is enabled. Here's how:
- In your QBO account, select the Search icon then choose Advanced Search.
- From there, filter your search to Journal Entries. You can add additional filters such as Reference no., as necessary.
- Next, click Search, then choose the desired journal entry.
- Then, select More and choose Transaction journal.
- To print, select the Print icon in the upper right of the report.
