I appreciate you for following the suggested steps above, @TUSSU. This time, I can ensure you can view the journal you're looking for in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We can review the Audit log to track the changes made to your account and to check if the journal was accidentally deleted. Deleted transactions will be completely erased from your books and won’t appear on any reports or accounts. However, you can recover it using the Audit log QBO. With that, we can review the Audit log to track the changes made to your account. The audit log shows you 150 records at a time.

To navigate to the Audit log:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
  2. Click Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Then, select Apply.

Please see this article for details: Use the audit log to re-enter deleted transactions.

If you still can't find the journal in the Audit log, then you forgot to save it since Audit Log only works for saved information or transactions. That said, you'll need to recreate the journal you have worked on.

I've added this article for future reference:  Print a journal entry report.

Feel free to post a reply if you need more help managing your journal in QBO. I'll be around. Please keep yourself safe!
