I appreciate you chiming in on the thread, @SY23. I'll share some details about your concern and how you can pull up the Budget vs. Actuals report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The Budget vs. Actuals report in QBO is only available in QuickBooks Plus and Advanced subscription.
You'll need to upgrade if you're a Simple start or Essential user. But if you're in a plus or advance subscription and can't find the Budget vs. actuals report. You'll need to create a budget first, before you can pull up that type of report.
Once you've created a budget, you can now view and pull up the Budget vs actuals report in QBO. I'll show you how.
1. Go to Reports.
2. Locate and open the Budget vs. Actuals report.
3. In the Report period, choose Custom.
4. Edit the date range to include the specific month.
5. Click Run report to save changes.
