This is the result of our investigate:

• The company name may be too long. : The company name is ok as attach picture.
• A damaged or missing QBWUSER.INI file. : we cound'nt find this file in the computer
• A corrupt hard drive. : tested and no corrupt 
• The program files or QuickBooks Desktop installation may be damaged.: reinstall already
• A damaged Windows operating system. : reinstall already with win 10 and win 11 
• Windows OS needs to be updated. : up to dated

All of the investigation has the same result that the unknown langauge in the program still shown

Actually , the data file or our data has no damage. We already try to run the QB by revise the window compatibility from win xp untill win8 already but it still not work.

Also , our  work still can be done (export report , accounting proceed) but the langauge unknown has disturb our working productivity, so if we can fix the unknown language , it will be better.

Can we any reconfig in the component file for the program about font to fix it?
