Hello there. Welcome to the Community.

I'll gladly share some insights about getting your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data so you can manage them accordingly.

Before we start, I'd like to verify if your QBO account or subscription is still active or already canceled. Any additional details are highly appreciated for me to provide the appropriate info for your concern.

If your QBO account is active, you should still be able to get or download your QBO data anytime. However, in case you're planning to cancel your subscription, I encourage you to export your data, reports, and lists from QuickBooks before doing so for future use.

If your QBO subscription is canceled already, you'll have read-only access to your data for one year after you cancel. We hang on to your data to let you pick up where you left off if you decide to resubscribe or reactivate your account.

You can read this article to learn more about what happens to your data after you cancel: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

Also, you may want to check out one of our Help pages as your reference to guide you in managing your account and exporting data from QBO: Help articles for QuickBooks Online. It includes topics about taxes, banking, and reports, to name a few.

Let me know if you have other account management concerns or questions about saving your QBO company data. I'm always here to help. Take care, and have a great day.
