Hi there, @Jimmyd998.

Let me provide a couple of insights into how to make this resolve your Banking accounts QuickBooks Online.

The audit log in QuickBooks Online keeps a record of your tasks. You can view who modified your books and what they shifted. With that, we can check the audit log to see if an account has been added.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in as a primary admin, then go to the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
  2. Select Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Select Apply.

If you don't see any changes, let's try to open your QuickBooks in a private browser to see if you get the same result. Using an incognito window prevents the cache from saving your data. It is also a good way to determine if there is unexpected behavior within the browser.

Refer to these shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If this works fine with the private window, you'll need to clear your browser's cache to keep this from happening again.

Once done, you can go back to the Banking menu to match and categorize your bank transactions.

Alternatively, If you're unable to locate recently downloaded transactions, there are various areas to find them. See this article for your guide: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.
