If you mean to run the Profit and Loss Detail report, this is only available in QuickBooks Essentials and Plus versions. As a workaround, you can run the Transaction List by Date instead.
Let me guide you on how to do it:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Scroll down to the For my Accountant section.
- Select the Transaction List by Date report.
- Set the Date Range.
- Click Run report.
However, if you're referring to the transactions missing on the report, you can check the Audit log to see the details and re-enter them into your account.
