You can customize and filter the reporting period of the A/R Aging Detail report in QuickBooks Online to view the unpaid balances of your customers . I'll show you how to do it:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Under Who owes you, choose Accounts receivable aging detail.
- Select the Customize button,
- Click the Report Period drop-down menu, then pick a period or manually set the date.
- Set the appropriate aging method, then hit Run report.
