I understand the importance of this matter, @nothankyou2781. Let me help you with your concern.

I can guide you how you can customize your report.

Here's how:
 

  1. Go to Reports tab and open the reports you want to pull up
  2. Select Customize at the upper right
  3. You'll see a lot of options how you want to customize your report.
  4. You can change the date period of you report.
  5. You can go to the change columns section and add column to specify your report.
  6. After customize your report you can click Save customization. To ensure that the details you customize are saved and it'll be easy for you to access it in the future.
     

The customized reports that have been save will go to the Custom page. You'll see the list of reports you've customize.

In case the issue still persists, you can send feedback to our product developer for this feature in QuickBooks Online to help improve your experience.

Here's how:
 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Then, click Next to submit feedback.

You can visit our QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website to track the status of your submitted feedback.
