To fix this, open your Excel and select Enable Editing to view the full report.
If you're still getting the same result, open your account in a private window and check if you're able to see the numbers. There might be an issue with your current browser that causing this behavior. Here' how:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
- Control + Option + P (Safari).
If you're able to successfully view your data into Excel, clear your browser's cache. If you're still getting the same result, use another supporter browser.
