Help has arrived, @csg-i4see-comI'll make sure you get to see and review your planner as soon as possible.

I'm happy share some troubleshooting steps to show your cash flow planner in your QuickBooks Online without a moment's delay.

You can see the planner on the Cash flow page. Ensure to choose the Money in/out for the graph to display. See the sample screenshot below for your reference.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend logging into your account through an incognito window. Missing options in QuickBooks are typically the result of outdated or corrupted cache files in your web browser. By doing this, we can see if it's browser-related. You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  •  Control Option (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

Once logged in, go back to the Cash Flow page and re-check the planner it's already visible. If you see it from there, return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on their keyboard to clear the cache.

You can also click the small gear icon and check the appropriate transactions you want to show in the planner.
