Wrong amount in GSTR1 Report

Made an Invoice is like this: 

Subtotal: ₹58,500 

shipping ₹ 350 

18% GST on above (subtotal + shipping): ₹10, 593 

Total : ₹69,443

 

But in GSTR1 report only ₹58,500 is being taken as taxable amount ?  

What happened to shipping charge?
