Thanks for your time reaching out to the QuickBooks Support, @info1709.

I can share some insights on how you can resolve this auto-created entries.

QuickBooks normally doesn't create transactions automatically unless there are recurring journal transactions set up in your account. To check this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Recurring transactions.
  2. From the Recurring Transactions list, look if there's any journal entry that is the same as the one that's created automatically.
  3. If there is, click the Edit drop-down and choose Pause or Delete.

If you can't find one, try to check if there are any third-party apps linked in QuickBooks that automatically transport transactions into our program. You can also check any activities in your account using the Audit Log report. There you can view which user creates an entry in the company file and it's transaction history.

Now if you can't find any unusual login or entry that created the transactions, I highly recommend contacting our live support to report the issue. There isn't any reported issues about this, so they can create a ticket for you.

To contact us, follow these steps below:

  1. Go to the Help menu in QuickBooks, then choose the Search tab.
  2. At the bottom click on Contact us.
  3. Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. On the next screen, scroll down to How would you like to connect with us section.
  5. Choose Chat option, make sure to enable pop-up windows. The chat box will appear at the bottom right section of your monitor, and an agent will be with you shortly after. See this:
