Hello there, @sy_jung-spigen-c.

I'd like to shed some light on pulling up inventory reports in QuickBooks Online.

Pulling up location-related reports is only applicable for your sales and expense transactions in QBO. The program allows you to run the Balance Sheet by class or location.

To learn more on how to manage the said report, please see this link: Run a balance sheet by class or location.

When it comes to inventory, QBO isn't able to pull up site/ location reports since it has no option for multiple location tracking.

However, we have various reports that can help you manage your inventory. These are the following:

  • Inventory Valuation Summary: The quantity on hand, value, and average cost for each product.
  • Inventory Valuation Detail: Your transactions for each inventory item, and how they affect quantity on hand, value, and cost.
  • Stock Take Worksheet: Your inventory items with space to enter your physical count, so you can compare to the quantity on hand in QuickBooks.

You can tailor each report to the info you need the most. Go to the top of any report to change the report date, grouping of info, and more. To see all changes you can make, just select Customise.

Check out the Use reports to see your sales and inventory status page to learn how to see items you buy and sell including what's on hand.

To learn more about the reports that are included on your subscription and on how to customise them, you may utilize these articles:

Should you have any further questions with reports or with QuickBooks, let me know. It's my priority to help you succeed. Have a great day!
