Hi there, @accounts471.

 

The investigation for the error Something went wrong when attempting to run the VAT Liability report is already tagged as closed and resolved. Since you still experience the same thing, you have to clear your browser's cache and attempt to run the report again. This will allow you to have a clean slate and boost your browser’s background processes.

 

If the issue persists, I highly recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. They can provide you with additional steps to fix the issue. To do so, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Click the Help icon. 
  2. From the Assistant section, type Talk to a human.
  3. Then, enter a brief description of your concern. Example: Getting an error when running VAT liability report. 
  4. Click I still need a human and then, Get help from a human.
  5. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you
