Hi satish-batchu,

If you have access to view the reports yet, you're still unable to see it, let's try opening QuickBooks on a private window.

It is where we can confirm if the error is cause by a browser-related issue. I've added these keyboard keys to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

If it works, we can go back to a regular browser and clear the cache. Once cache is piled up, it can be the reason for some unexpected browser issues.

We also have the option to switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as an alternative.

Also, to guide you in filtering data and personalising your report in QuickBooks, you can check this guide: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online. This also includes steps on how to export, send, and print reports.

Feel free to get in touch with as to how these steps work on your end. Keep safe!
