I have important information about the Trial Balance option on the Import Data screen. 

The Trial Balance option is limited to some countries (such as India) and is available in the Plus version. Since you're subscribed under a different country, you'll want to use an app to import your data instead. 

You can look for one in the internet and integrate it with your QuickBooks Online account. 

Alternatively, you can always enter your transactions manually such as bills, journal entries and whatnot.
