 I can think of a way to get the report you need, fred10.

 

Having the columns you need in the Budget vs. Actual report is a good idea. However, this option is not available in QuickBooks. You can run two separate Budget and Actual reports and filter the date. From there, you can get the YTD budget amount and export them to Excel.

 

I can see how this option would be helpful to your business. I'll make sure to send this suggestion to our developers. They might consider this feature in any future updates.
