We can troubleshoot it if the Inventory Valuation Summary is not showing the correct item category. Let's start by using an incognito window and pull up the said report from there.

 

We can also clear the cache since it can cause errors in QuickBooks Online. Lastly, make sure you have an updated browser. You can use a different one if there's available.
