We can change your invoice by clicking the Edit work info button and it's located in the invoice toolbar at the bottom part. Let me walk you through the steps on how:
- Log into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
- On the left panel, click Invoices.
- Search for the invoice.
- Press the drop-down arrow under the Action column.
- Select the Edit option.
- At the bottom part of your invoice, choose the Edit work info.
- Edit your invoice.
- Hit Save.
Just in case you're unable to locate the option using the browser, let's try logging into your account using a private browser. Then, use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
If it works, please switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache & historical data. The process helps restore the default setup of the browser.
