The name located at the top left corner of your invoice and estimate in bold print is your business name. Let’s go to your Custom Form Styles and change the name from there.
Here’s how to do it in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Custom Form Styles.
- If you have a template for the estimates and invoice, click the Edit link below the Action column.
- If you don't, click the New style button.
- Click the Content tab.
- Select the header of the template.
- Change your preferred business name under the Business name field.
- Then click Done.
- To set this template as default, click the drop-down arrow below the Action column and select Make default.
