I can see that the possible troubleshooting steps are already provided by my colleague. I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Team. They can perform screenshare are provide further configurations to get to the bottom of this. Or you can also consult an IT guy to help you with the process.

 

Here's how to contact our support team:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop Company and select the Help menu.
  2. Click QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Enter your concern in the text box and select the Contact us button.
  4. Choose how you want to be assisted.
  5. Follow the on-screen instruction. This is how it looks like:
