I have spent countless hours of my personal time trying to get to the bottom of this. I have paid my 3rd party accounting firm to review my QBO account in order to ensure I have not missed something. The cashflow graphic on the dashboard of QBO shows a graphic displaying money in and money out. The money in totals for this graphic are deduced by QBO from my bank statements monthly deposit totals. The problem I am having is that I have multiple bank accounts and I tranfer between them often. If receive a loan deposit in my checking account and then transfer it to my loan spending account. QBO is registering the deposit and the transfer i made as money in on the cashflow graphic. Once you run the report the statement of cashflows is correct only taking into consideration the initial deposit as money in and not the transfer between accounts. I have spoken to countless Intuit employees all are no help at all. I have requested to speak to a supervisor only to be told one will call be back within a certain time frame and that never happens. I cannot just call Intuit to discuss this issue. I have to request a call back throught the QBO application. Currently that option is not even available which is why i am here. The services i have received from Intuit is horrendous. I am a new customer, just switch from Wave...this was supposed to be an upgrate....i cant wait to find the next thing because this type of customer treatment is not for me.
