Some features are available in QuickBooks Desktop that isn't in QuickBooks Online. Although, by using the customization option in the reports, you'll be able to get the aspects that you need.
Here are the reports you can pull up in QuickBooks Online if you want to see the following:
- List of Checks: Bills and Applied Payments Report.
- Payroll Direct Deposits: Payroll Summary by Employee Report.
- Outgoing Funds: Expenses by Vendor Summary Report, Statement of Cash Flows Report, or Transaction Detail by Account Report.
- List of Payments: Bills and Applied Payments (Bill Stub, Vendor Check Stub), Invoices and Receive Payments, and Payroll Tax Payments.
