I'm having the same issues, tried the things suggested to no avail.

Clicked on "Help" icon and even that won't load.

Some other pages load, and some don't. 

Been like this for a month or two now. 

Everything loads on my mum's computer, but only some things on mine.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
