Hello there, @katell52.

There are various solutions to fix any possible data issues with your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) company file. When you still notice issues after utilizing the Verify and Rebuild Data tools, you can use the QuickBooks File Doctor instead. In case you haven't downloaded it yet on your computer, here's how:

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.4.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  3. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it.
  4. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  6. Once done, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

After installing, you can run the Quick Fix my File feature. Here's how:

  1. From the tool hub, select the Company File Issues tab.
  2. Select Quick Fix my File.
  3. Click OK when it completes and launch your QuickBooks.

In case the issue persists, you can continue the troubleshooting steps starting Step 3 in this article: Fix company file and network issues with QuickBooks File Doctor.

Additionally, here's an article that'll further guide you in fixing minor data issues with your company file: Fix data damage on your QuickBooks Desktop company file. It also includes steps about manually repairing your data.

Please know that you're always welcome to comment below if you have other concerns or follow-up inquiries about resolving data issues with your QBDT company file. I'm just around to help. Take care.
