The top margin in sales form should be between 0.5" and 3.2", @JD93.

The option to adjust this to 0.2" or 0.3" is currently unavailable. Also, the Fit printed form with paystub in window envelope option is a predefined setting that will disable the ability to change the page margins. For more info, you may open this article: Print forms for window envelopes.
