The steps above are for QuickBooks Online only. Creating statements in QuickBooks Pro is different and I'm happy to show you how it's done. 

 

You can easily create customer statements by going to the Customers menu:

 

  1. Click the Customers menu.
  2. Choose Create Statements
  3. On the new pop-up window, specify the statement Date and Period
  4. Choose a customer (or you can select other options).
  5. Customize your statement.
  6. Once done, click Preview, Print, or E-mail.
