Can you advice me on such a app?

We need to;

- Create Sales Order

- Create Invoice (when order is confirmed by customer)

- Receive Payment on invoice

- Send sales order to 3th party warehouse

As they use their own system, the most easy way is to send it as a XLS file. Other option could be a API connect to their warehouse system.
