Let me share additional information, @Snowdenfarm.

Just to clarify, did you create a custom role for the "Office User"? Or did you use the Standard User with limited access? If so, you can view the specific task assigned to your office manager.

  1. Go to your Manage User window.
  2. Locate the name of the Office Manager.
  3. From the Roles tab. verify the role assigned.
  4. Click the Edit link from the Actions column.
  5. You can make the necessary changes to his or her access
    • Standard User with limited access
    • Custom User

Once checked, you can let your Office Manager access your account using a private browser or an incognito browser. This way, we can isolate this concern for a possible browser-related. Here are the keyboard shortcuts that you can use:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If your Office Manager was able to run customer-related reports and view Projects, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Also, you can try other supported browsers to help narrow down the cause of this behavior.

However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. An agent can securely look into your account and further look into your authorized user's access. Here's how:

  1. Go to Help (?).
  2. Select Contact Usqbo2.PNG
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click the Let's talk button. qbo3.PNG
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:    qbo4.PNG

Feel free to get back to us here if you have other questions managing your authorized users. I'm just a few clicks away.
