You've come to the right place, @rnc22.

 

You can set QuickBooks to assigned a class on each line item included on the invoice. I can guide walk you through how to do it.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Pick Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Advanced menu.
  4. Scroll down to the Categories section.
  5. Click the Pencil icon to Edit.
  6. Make sure to select One to each row in the transaction from the Assigned Classes drop-down.
  7. Choose the Save button.
  8. Click Done.
