While here in the Community, we're more focused on general assistance across all platforms. To reach our support team with either the Call me back or Instant Messaging feature, follow these steps:

- Go to Help (?).
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
