This is absolutely unacceptable.  QuickBooks has not been able to add paid date to most reports for OVER A DECADE, I know this because I asked for this capability repeatedly for over 10 years.  My solution was to hack into the database (a complete pain) and join the tables I need.  Honestly, somebody there on the development team has to be capable of a simple join to allow us to get these reports, which are critical for commission reporting (very common).
