We can review how the invoice was set up. This might be the reason why it is not showing the quantities when previewing the invoice.
- Open the affected invoice.
- Click the Customize button at the bottom and select Edit current.
It will open the Edit invoices that turn heads and open wallets page.
- Select the Content tab and click the second blurred section.
- Mark the Quantity and the Rate boxes.
If you can't mark those boxes, make sure to remove the check mark in the Include Quantity and Rate box under Description.
- Click Done.

After that, you can go open and preview the invoice again. This should now display the Quantity and the Rate columns.
