I bought a small business in March and switched accounting to QBO.  I am completely disappointed in myself for assuming that you had some of the most basic functionality.  Not having Sales Orders is absolutely inept on your companies part.  If I use the ESTIMATE function then I can not create packing slips.  Packings slips are not allowed until invoicing.

PLEASE fix this amazing oversight on your teams part.  In the meantime I am actively exploring other avenues to leave QBO.
