Hello there, @priya123.

 

Currently, the option to undo the deleted invoice is unavailable, even if it's overdue. As mentioned by my colleague @MaryLandT, you can create a new invoice and get the details in the audit log. I'll show you how to do that.

 

  1. Go to Settings and select Audit log.
  2. Search for the voided transaction by filtering it. Enter the Date range of the transaction.
  3. Under the Events section, tick Show only these events and Transactions.
  4. In the Show selection, choose Deleted/Voided Transactions.
  5. Select Apply. I've added a screenshot for your additional reference.
  6. Locate the transaction and click View under the History column.
  7. Click on invoice transaction to take note of the details.

Now, you can re-create the voided invoice and send it to your customer.

 

You can also customize your invoice to add contents or change the design in the future.
