Hi there, @Berwyn

I appreciate you performing the steps provided above.

When QuickBooks has printing issues, there are some setups that you need to check. These are the following:

Once verified, try to print a sample check. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Vendor Center window.
  2. Double-click on the vendor and the check to be printed.
  3. Hit Print from the menu and click Check
  4. Enter the Check number and click OK
  5. From the settings let's make sure that we select the correct printer and type.
  6. Tap Standard as our Check Style and enter in the Number of Check on first page
  7. Let's go to the Partial Page tab and select how the check is inserted.
  8. Click Print once ready.

See this article to know more about printing checks: Create, modify, and print checks.

In case, you'd encounter an error when printing, see this guide on how to resolve:

Keep me posted if there's anything else that you need in QuickBooks, I'll be around to provide further assistance. Have a great day.
