Hello there, James665 and sherronw.

Currently, there isn't an option exporting invoices as PDF in QuickBooks Desktop. Just like what my colleague @IntuitCheyann mentioned, you can save your invoices one at a time.

Here's how:

  1. Open the invoice you want to save as PDF.
  2. From the File menu, select Save as PDF.

Another way to do that is just open the invoice. After that, click the Print drop-down at the top, then select Save As PDF

Also, I’ll be sure to share your thoughts with our engineers to see if this feature will be available on the next updates. I also recommend requesting this feature to our product developers. We'd love to know how we could make the program cost and time efficient to help run the business better.

Let me guide you through the steps to send the feedback:

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online.
  3. Select Product Suggestion.

If you need to reach out for more help our phone agents will be able to help you get to a resolution quickly.

Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact#.
  2. Select your QuickBooks product at the top right.
  3. Select a topic.
  4. Click the green Get Phone Number button to see the support number.

Feel free to leave a comment below if you have any other questions about saving invoices as PDF or about QuickBooks. I'll be happy to help you out.
