@Firstcarpentry , the two main calculation app's available for the QuickBooks desktop editions are FormCalc SST for QuickBooks, and CCRQInvoice. Both have been around for a good while, and both are capable of the calculations you've spoken of here.  However, use a search engine to find their Web sites, because not all QuickBooks apps are in Intuit's app directories.
