Thanks for joining in on this thread. With the information that my colleague provided, you can save the password by setting up webmail to work with QuickBooks

 

If this doesn't work and you've tried the rest of the instructions given above in this thread, then I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll have additional tools, like using a screen share, to help walk you through a few steps to fix this problem. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go the Help menu. 
  2. Pick QuickBooks Desktop Help.  
  3. Click the Contact Us button. 
  4. Type in your question and press Let's Talk
  5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback

 

It's that easy.
