I'll take care of this query for you. To batch edit transactions, such as invoices, is an exclusive feature of QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced.
I'll show you the steps:
- Go to the + New menu.
- Select Batch transactions.
- From the Select transaction type drop-down menu, choose Invoices.
- On the Action drop-down menu, pick Modify.
- Tick the checkboxes for the invoices you want to modify.
- Proceed with Edit.
